Managing contractors, vendors, technicians, visitors, inductions, site access, and work approvals across multiple locations can quickly become difficult when workflows depend on spreadsheets, emails, manual follow-ups, or disconnected tools.

\nThe app was improved to handle site-specific alerts, notifications, tasks, reports, forms, identity-based access, and geo-location based workflows. Users can now access relevant site information only when they are physically present at the correct location, improving both operational accuracy and safety governance.
\nThis helped Site360 deliver a smoother mobile experience for visitors, contractors, suppliers, technicians, and internal staff. The original case study notes that the app supports geo-location, live alerts, task-intensive workflows, identity data, location data, photos, reports, and multiple user types across facilities.
\nSpring Rain built a digital induction workflow that allows Site360 customers to assign inductions based on contractor role, work type, risk profile, and site location.
\nInstead of relying on manual tracking, the system helps manage completion, expiry dates, renewal requirements, and site-specific training. This gives compliance teams better visibility while giving contractors a more streamlined digital experience.

\nSpring Rain designed and implemented EWAF, a unified Electronic Work Authority Form for internal and external technicians.
\nThe workflow supports different rules for different technician types. Internal technicians can track both work time and travel time, while external technicians follow a simpler work-time workflow against approved work orders.
\nEWAF was also integrated with work order management and payroll mapping. Payroll IDs are automatically matched using technician email and associated work order data, reducing manual reconciliation.
\nThis became one of the strongest business outcomes from the engagement: Site360 achieved a 95% reduction in manual payroll adjustments through the EWAF workflow.
\nSpring Rain helped Site360 build a vendor self-service onboarding and pre-qualification system.
\nVendors can register, submit business information, upload licenses and insurance documents, provide safety documentation, and complete onboarding steps online. The system also supports review workflows, reminders, renewals, document expiry tracking, and compliance visibility.
